WE REQUIRE MEMBERSHIP ENTRANCE FEE ALREADY PAID BEFORE WE SEND A SIGNED NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA). WE THEN NEED COMPLETE SHIP(S) INFORMATION (IMO/Q88), INCLUDING NUMBER OF CREW MEMBERS, THEIR NAMES, PROFESSIONS, RANKS AND NATIONALITY. WHEN THIS IS RECEIVED, A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN ANY NEW MEMBER AND US WILL BE CREATED AND SIGNED.
Applicants located in countries having sanction against either Russia, Iran, Venezuela, or N. Korea will be vetted and need to be accepted by at least ONE THIRD -1/3- of our already existing UPPG or UAPG members before being able to proceed with the membership requirements. This to safekeep operational and/or business information.
The ships owned by members of the "Unified Petroleum Purchase Group or the Unified Agri Purchase Group" can deliver at port/terminal directly to countries that do not have any sanction on Russia, Iran, Venezuela, or N. Korea Products or Government. If there are sanction in place, Open Sea, Ship to Ship Transfer is recommended for safety.
All Petroleum and Agri Products payments are to be paid directly to supplier.
50% when at terminal/port ready to start loading and after checking the product and documents.
The remaining 50% when fully loaded and all legal documents are signed and received.
We have been operating under a seniority system when it comes to prices. Longest members are today getting the lowest prices. But since we are re-organizing, then we will go for a equal average purchase price for every member in the future. Meaning, the members pay to us, and we pay the suppliers.
We are also trying to reduce the number of suppliers to a minimum, realizing that higher volume per supplier means better prices than today, where our total volume are divided on several suppliers.
Not a Legal Entity
We operate under a non-disclosed, shadow ownership and we use Crypto Currency in all transactions to keep it all as anonymous as possible.
